If you are entering into an agreement with us as a client, your engagement is further governed by our Sales Agency Service Agreement, which prevails in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
Caribbean Closers (a brand of Pineapple Connect LLC) offers outsourced sales services, including lead engagement, CRM management, and commission-based closing solutions. We do not provide employment, recruitment, ad campaign fulfillment, or product delivery services.

All sales scripts, workflows, automations, and CRM structures developed by Caribbean Closers are proprietary and remain the intellectual property of Pineapple Connect LLC. Clients may not copy or reuse these materials outside the agreed scope.
Client assets provided to us (e.g., brand assets, offer details) remain the client's property and are used solely for the duration of the service engagement.
We maintain confidentiality over all CRM data, leads, and sales performance information shared with or generated through us. We do not share your information with third parties except as needed to deliver services or as required by law.
Any lead data captured in our CRM will be returned upon contract termination in accordance with our agreement.
Clients may not solicit or attempt to hire our assigned sales personnel during the term of our engagement or for 18 months afterward. A $10,000 USD recruitment buyout applies if a client wishes to directly engage any sales rep.
Clients may feature assigned sales reps publicly only with our written consent and must credit the relationship accurately (e.g., "in partnership with Caribbean Closers"). We do not guarantee exclusive use of reps for a single brand unless agreed otherwise.
We are not responsible for client-side product fulfillment, ad campaign performance, refund handling, or other customer service issues outside of the sales scope. Our liability is limited to the commissions paid to us in the 60 days prior to any claim.
All disputes must first go through mediation. If unresolved, they will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
