Welcome to the website of Caribbean Closers (operated by Pineapple Connect LLC), a commission-based outsourced sales agency. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and interactions with our team. By accessing our website at www.caribbeanclosers.com or contracting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are entering into an agreement with us as a client, your engagement is further governed by our Sales Agency Service Agreement, which prevails in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

1. Company Overview

Caribbean Closers (a brand of Pineapple Connect LLC) offers outsourced sales services, including lead engagement, CRM management, and commission-based closing solutions. We do not provide employment, recruitment, ad campaign fulfillment, or product delivery services.

2. Website Use

The content on our website is for general informational purposes only. You may not:

Use our content for commercial purposes without written consentAttempt to reverse-engineer or replicate our CRM systems or sales materialsIntroduce viruses or malicious code into the siteUse the website in violation of any applicable law

3. Services Overview

If you engage us, our core offerings may include:

Sales call execution (discovery, closing, follow-up)
Dedicated or temporary sales representatives
CRM infrastructure setup and management
Lead tracking and attribution
Market feedback for offer refinement
Sales reporting and KPI tracking
Support with outbound or inbound lead generation (non-exclusive)

Please note: We do not guarantee specific results or revenue levels, and lead generation is a shared responsibility between us and the client.

4. Client Contracts & Payment Terms

All service relationships are governed by a formal Sales Agency Service Agreement. Key terms include:

Commission-Based Model: Typically 25% of gross collected revenue from closed deals attributed to our sales team

Monthly Payouts: Commissions are invoiced monthly and due by the 25th

Refund/Chargeback Adjustments: May reduce commission amounts

Onboarding Fee Clause: Early termination may incur a setup cost recovery fee

Minimum Performance Reviews: Triggered after two months of low revenue attribution

5. Intellectual Property

All sales scripts, workflows, automations, and CRM structures developed by Caribbean Closers are proprietary and remain the intellectual property of Pineapple Connect LLC. Clients may not copy or reuse these materials outside the agreed scope.

Client assets provided to us (e.g., brand assets, offer details) remain the client’s property and are used solely for the duration of the service engagement.

6. Confidentiality & Data Usage

We maintain confidentiality over all CRM data, leads, and sales performance information shared with or generated through us. We do not share your information with third parties except as needed to deliver services or as required by law.

Any lead data captured in our CRM will be returned upon contract termination in accordance with our agreement.

7. Non-Solicitation & Staffing

Clients may not solicit or attempt to hire our assigned sales personnel during the term of our engagement or for 18 months afterward. A $10,000 USD recruitment buyout applies if a client wishes to directly engage any sales rep.

8. Public Representation

Clients may feature assigned sales reps publicly only with our written consent and must credit the relationship accurately (e.g., “in partnership with Caribbean Closers”). We do not guarantee exclusive use of reps for a single brand unless agreed otherwise.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for client-side product fulfillment, ad campaign performance, refund handling, or other customer service issues outside of the sales scope. Our liability is limited to the commissions paid to us in the 60 days prior to any claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes must first go through mediation. If unresolved, they will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
