About the Role
We’re hiring a high-performing, emotionally intelligent
Sales Closer to work directly with warm leads generated through digital campaigns and inbound marketing for our client, a business coaching and accelerator brand helping corporate professionals transition into entrepreneurship.

As the Closer, you’ll own the bottom of the sales funnel which includes handling booked discovery calls, leading strategic sales conversations, and converting qualified leads into paying clients for our client's coaching programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead 1:1 discovery calls with pre-qualified leads

  • Use a structured sales framework to identify pain points, goals, and fit

  • Present the client's coaching programs with confidence and conviction

  • Handle objections with empathy and urgency, guiding leads toward the right next step

  • Close deals via online checkout, payment plan, or invoice submission

  • Maintain clean CRM records, status updates, and call summaries

  • Provide feedback on lead quality and help refine messaging or targeting, if needed

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years of experience closing service-based offers ($500–$5,000 range)

  • Strong listening and emotional intelligence skills so you must be able to read between the lines

  • Confident communicator who balances strategy and heart in the sales process

  • Familiarity with solopreneurs, coaching programs, or career transitions is a plus

  • Comfortable with sales tools: CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred), Zoom, Google Docs

  • Caribbean-based or has cultural familiarity with Caribbean/Diaspora professionals

Compensation

  • Commission-based: 10–15% per sale (dependent on package tier)

  • Bonuses available for volume, conversion rate, and client retention metrics

  • All calls are pre-qualified and booked; no cold calling required
