This is a performance-based role with unlimited earning potential, working with warm referrals and qualified leads from Quote Wizard. You'll be partnering with an independent agent who values your expertise, provides ongoing support, and compensates you fairly for results.

Your Role
As our dedicated IUL Sales Closer, you'll:
Conduct presentations and policy explanations for warm prospects
Handle objections and guide clients through complex financial decisions
Close applications and shepherd policies through to placement
Manage your pipeline in our CRM system
Follow up systematically with leads requiring multiple touches
Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity
What You Bring
Required:
Active insurance license (valid in client's operating jurisdiction - will be specified to qualified candidates)
Proven Index Universal Life (IUL) sales experience
Demonstrated closing track record with measurable results
5-8 hours daily availability aligned with business hours
Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
CRM proficiency and comfort with technology
Preferred:
Experience with referral-based sales
Familiarity with Quote Wizard or similar lead platforms
Self-motivated with strong accountability
Remote sales experience
Compensation Structure
Commission Split: 40% of all closed policies (no cap)
Example Earnings:
$10,000 policy commission = $4,000 to you
$25,000 policy commission = $10,000 to you
Note: A 25% management fee is deducted from your gross commission to cover weekly coaching, performance management, ongoing training, and systems support.
Realistic Income Potential:
Months 1-2: $8,000 - $16,000
Months 3-6: $20,000 - $35,000
Months 7-12: $40,000 - $60,000+
